Released
PodSteer v0.6.1
A maintenance release. Go's networking package moves past seven published vulnerabilities, and the interface's build and test tooling past the advisories raised against it; PodSteer itself works exactly as in v0.6.0.
Before you upgrade
What you need to know.
- Nothing to do.
- Homebrew users: brew update, then brew upgrade --cask podsteer.
What changed
Security
- golang.org/x/net 0.62.0, which fixes seven published vulnerabilities in the HTTP/2 code the Kubernetes client and the update check run on.
- Go's system and text packages move with it: x/sys 0.49.0, x/sync 0.24.0, x/term 0.47.0, x/text 0.43.0.
- The interface's build and test tooling: Vite 8.3.5, Vitest 5.1, happy-dom 21 and source-map-js 1.2.2. None of these ship inside the application; they build and test it.
- The licence inventory is regenerated for the new set, and every item in it is approved.
